The Associate Vice Chancellor for Accountability and Planning provides leadership and strategic direction in developing and implementing USM accountability efforts, including the Department of Budget and Management's annual Managing for Results (MFR) and the Maryland Higher Education Commission's Performance Accountability reporting systems. The AVC also coordinates Systemwide activities related to the USM Strategic Plan and conducts special studies at the direction of the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor.
