USM Board of Regents Committee on Education Policy and Student Life Meets November 6
Baltimore, Md. (Nov. 2, 2018) – The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents Committee on Education Policy and Student Life will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 6. The meeting will take place at Towson University in the Minnegan Room of the Field House of Johnny Unitas Stadium.
The committee will vote on several proposed academic programs. Those programs are a combined B.S./M.S. in cyber security management at the University of Baltimore, and, at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), a B.S./M.S. in clinical dental hygiene leadership and accelerated B.S./M.S. in health science-physician assistant.
The committee will hear several information items, including an Inclusion and Diversity initiative regarding the National Science Foundation-Funded PROMISE Academy and the report on the instructional workload of USM faculty.
